What is the weight capacity of a Rivet Rack?
1650 lb. capacity for the standard models. 1000 lb. capacity for our Mini. We offer custom designs to increase the rack capacity as well. Feel free to contact us here to recieve a quote.
Are there different weight capacities of cart shelving?
YES. Our standard Rivet Rack shelves hold up to 200-250 lb., and we also offer 400 lb. capacity shelves. If you need heavier grade shelves, it's no problem, we do that too. Please contact us here, if you're interested in the the higher grade of shelving.
Can a Rivet Rack be purchased with extra shelves?
YES. We keep the shelf layers in stock along with our standard 225 lb. capacity shelf. The 400 lb. capacity shelf is available with volume orders.
Do you offer samples?

Do you offer a warranty on the Rivet Rack line of racks and roll racks?
YES. We offer our one year limited warranty, and we stock replacement parts.
Can the POP graphics be easily changed out?
YES. Our patent pending design for graphics allows you to easily switch advertising POP material on any of our racks.
Does the Rivet Rack fixture rack stand with product without a pallet for display?
YES. The base has many uses and can be set as a display fixture for products up to its weight capacity (1650 lb. for standard models, and 1000 lb. for the Mini). It also is available with heavy duty casters.
Can we order different sizes and heights of the Rivet Racks?

Is there a Heavy Duty dolly available in the Rivet Rack line of products?
YES. We offer a standard universal dolly 40"x48" normally in stock and a mini dolly 20"×48" and 24"×48" that is a custom order product.
Can the Rivet Rack line of racks and roll racks come in different colors and finishes?
YES. The standard is black powder coat. Different colors and finishes are available with volume orders. Please contact us here to get a quote.
NURSERY CARTS
Are there samples available?
YES. We ship paid samples of Rivet Rack and nursery cart products with a 30 day return policy. Contact us here for details. Other carts ordered in sea container quantities are shipped based on the customer specifications and sign off of a Midwest drawing.
Is there a deposit required for any order placed?
We determine deposits based on the quantity requested. Generally, a deposit is required for full container orders of carts or racks. Rivet Rack models are in inventory and will be shipped based on the the customer meeting our credit standards.

Any options on the finishes available?
YES. We offer a standard black powder coat on the racks. Custom finishes such as other powder coat colors, electro-zinc and galvanized are priced by volume.
Can we purchase less than full trailer or container loads of products?
YES, we ship both standard and freight depending on the volume of order. We provide quotes for shipping for orders that require full containers.

Do the security carts ship assembled?
We ship our electro-zinc chromate finish carts assembled. We can also nest additional carts up to 4 on 1 pallet to minimize the freight expense.
How long does it take to fully assemble a security cart?
Our Big Brute model ships fully assembled. Our standard security cart can be assembled in 10 minutes using our unique socket & base clip designs.
Is your latch mechanism easy to operate over time?
We designed our latches to withstand the test of time. No other security cart we've seen offers the strength and quality of our hinges and latches.
What is the wire grid mesh opening?
Our standard is not to exceed 2"x2" center to center.
